Pepper
PRODUCTS
To plant the pepper we dig holes of 30 cm in three dimensions, at a distance of 15 to 30 cm from the tutor.

For pepper plantations the recommended densities range from 1,600 to 2,500 plants per hectare with a distance of 2 m between plants and 2 m between rows when a dead post is used as a tutor. However, when the tutor is alive we use 2.5 m between plants and 2.5 m between rows.
When the pepper plant reaches between 40 and 60 cm high, and has 8 to 10 ramifications (approximately 6 months after it is introduced in the field), an initial pruning should be done to induce the production of side sprouts.
The pepper plant is pruned and cut, and then goes through the selection and cleaning process.
The first selection occurs in the hands of our workers, to complete the cleaning process that guarantees the quality in our product.
After manual cleaning, impurities, metals and stones are removed using specialized technology.
The product is packed in in polypropylene bags of 25 or 50 kg.
The day and place of delivery is set with each of our customers that place their trust in our final product.
Coffee
Coatepec coffee is cultivated at an altitude of over 1,100 meters, which is why it is called "Café de Altura" (High Altitude Coffee). This region has an important production of excellent quality coffee.

Our plantations are located in the areas of Mahuixtlán and El Grande in the municipality of Coatepec, Veracruz.
The crops start producing from 1 to 5 years after their planting.
The fruit is red, resembling cherries, that is why it is called cherry coffee.
To determine the quality of our coffee it is grouped by categories, 150 g of each group are roasted and sent to the taster's table.
Coffee cupping is a sensory analysis. Its organoleptics properties are examined to identify its attributes.
